Jessica is currently in LA filming  a small role in a new film called,"Cellular", which stars her real life boyfriend, Chris Evans from "Not Another Teen Film" and another new film, "The Perfect Score " - about kids who cheat on the SAT entrance exams).  Jess will play Chris' girlfriend in the film. 

Jessica began all the physical training for "Blade Trinity" in September in Vancouver, Canada.  Her schedule for the past 4 weeks in Vancouver was working  in the gym with a personal trainer, then 2 hours with an archery instructor because she shoots a crossbow to kill vampires in the film, then later on in the day she spends 2 hours with martial artists choreographing fight scenes.   

Jessica  had to leave Vancouver to do all the pre-release press for TCM in New York and LA. 

Jessica is currently in the November issue of Interview magazine, and on the cover of FLAUNT. And was just in the Oct. issue of IN STYLE (UK).

Jessica did not go back to Tufts for spring semester in Boston.  She moved back to LA, and has been auditioning for movies, and working on her voice (again).  Since the release of "Chicago", musicals are the new "in" thing in Hollywood and many fans would surely love to see Jess sing and dance. The studios are turning the old "Valley of the Dolls",  Phantom of the Opera, and Footloose into musicals for film, so Jess is back in LA at a great time. 

She is currently signed to an independent film called, "The Academy", which will film for 5 weeks starting soon.  It's a little like "Charlie's Angels", only Jess will play their enemy.  She'll be something like an female assassin, but it will have a lot of comedy.  Jess will get to do a lot of her own stunts, so she is brushing up on her gymnastics.  She also takes ballet 4 times/week, so she is very strong and fit right now ;)

Jessicas boyfriend is (still) Chris Evans, who has a movie coming out called, "The Perfect Score." 

The release of Jessica's new movie "The Texas Chainsaw Massacre" was pushed back to January 16, 2004.
